Autobiography of a YogiThis book is a gem。 We consider ourselves a spec on this earth but given the right tools and guidance our thoughts can be sublimed。 I had no clue that this kind of spiritual elevation existed at all and I am grateful that I read this book。 Everyone should read this at least once。

An interesting read from the prospective of one of the first Yogis to come to the Americas。

Interesting, different, challenging mostly in a good way。 Sometimes felt really skeptical of what I was reading, but it was interesting to engage with a different perspective。
